On our website we provide information about the corean martial art of Tae Kwon Do, which we are teaching for more than 40 years already.

Our students of all ages are learning the art of self-defense. Beginning at the age of 4 up to high ages, Tae Kwon Do is a sport for every age to increase physical and mental fitness.
